generally, the place was tasteful and had charming staff in service and kindness. i truly enjoyed the staff, mainly due to their friendliness. the location in downtown miami was great. plus, it was not far from a cruise ship with long halls, the most important shopping centers and a business area. i stayed here for a business trip and would love to go back.

The room was impeccable, moreover comfortable with access to the club lounge. The food was decent and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. The staff were lovely and charming, everything was great. The venue was set in the central position not far from the beaches, start of Tamiami Trail into Everglades, and the fabulous Dolphin Mall.

Exceptionally comfortable unit with a view.

The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. The room service was prompt and the quality of the food was excellent. We also enjoyed the option to hire a car and the convenience of the dry cleaning service. The bell staff and housekeeping were very accommodating and ensured our room was clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service was a bonus and made it easy for us to explore the area. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and the mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. We also appreciated the in-room safe for added security.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

My romantic escape at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The check-in process was smooth, allowing us to quickly settle in and begin our relaxing getaway. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. We were particularly impressed with the comfortable bed, which provided the perfect balance between firmness and softness. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and a convenient shuttle service to the malls. All in all, it was a truly memorable experience.

While our stay at the hotel was mostly fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. we were disappointed to discover that there was no jacuzzi or indoor pool, which would have added an extra touch of luxury to our romantic escape.
